The MMC Cancer Program is the only program in the Southwest accredited by American College of Surgeons; this assures that the care you receive meets national standards. We have a partnership with the UNM Cancer Center in Albuquerque, the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in the state. Memorial Medical Radiation Oncology Cancer Treatment Center is the only program in the Southwest that has been accredited by American College of Radiology (ACR). There are only 10% of facilities that offer Radiation Oncology in the United States that have received this prestigious accreditation. We offer state-of-the-art radiation therapy treatment for all types of cancer which includes Tomotherapy. We conduct multidisciplinary general tumor boards as well as breast specific tumor boards.
